Charge Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid PRC License
- Minimum of 2 years relevant nursing experience
- Professionally competent in patient care and hospital protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the nursing team
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assist in staff training and professional development
- Communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
