Head Chef (Senior Sous Chef)

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in culinary leadership and kitchen operations
• Advanced cooking and menu creation skills
• Strong knowledge of HACCP / ISO 22000 standards preferred
• Proven ability to manage staff and control costs
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff in daily operations
• Create menus and oversee recipe development
• Manage food cost, inventory, and purchasing
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
