CNC Controlled Swiss Type Lathe Machine Operator

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Must have experience in the exact position

Responsibilities:

  • Producing machine parts by programming and setting up. Able to make changes in the settings and operate specific types of CNC lathe machines
  • Producing continuously in high quality and proportion
  • Performing tool modifications on the CNC lathe machine
  • Engineering handover/takeover
  • Manufacturing products according to technical drawings, reading and interpreting the drawings
  • Quality control of the final workpieces
  • Handle the documentation of the manufacturing process
  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC cylindrical grinding machines to shape and finish metal workpieces to precise dimensions and quality standards, while adhering to safety regulations and performing routine maintenance.
