Kitchen Helper / Cook

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Must be a Vocational/ Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage, Culinary; Others or similar fields
• Proficient knife skills and the ability to prepare a variety of food items efficiently
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and hygiene standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• At least 5 years and above experience working as Cook or relevant culinary role is required

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Wash, chop, and cut fruit, meat, vegetables, and other ingredients as required
• Help with plating dishes to ensure consistent portions and appealing presentation.
• Follow all food safety, handling, and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
• RESUME with 2×2 picture
• Employment Certificate
