Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Technical certificate in mechanical maintenance
• 3 years’ overall relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in oil/gas processing and production plant environment

Responsibilities:

• Organizes and supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure efficient operations aligned with company procedures and policies
• Provides on-the-job training and constructive feedback to team members
• Ensures consistent implementation of operating standards within the designated area
