We are looking for a skilled and motivated Demi Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining environment and will assist in maintaining high standards of food preparation, quality, and kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant is required
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Ability to support, oversee, and assist the Outlet Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of section operations
• Must be a team player with a “One Team and Service” mindset
• Willingness to adapt to the standards and service culture of InterContinental Hotels Group

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Support daily kitchen operations within assigned section
• Follow instructions from Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Outlet Chef
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and proper storage of ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
