Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Qualifications:
- 42 years old and below
- With strong knowledge in diagnostic tools, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and engine rebuilding
- Experience in construction, road, and lifting equipment maintenance
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial and field environments
- Work on CAT, JCB, BObcat equipment’s such as:
- Telehandler Genset
- Skidsteer
- Compactor
- Forklifts
- Cranes, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair heavy diesel-powered construction and lifting equipment
- Perform electrical repairs, preventive maintenance (PMS), hydraulic repairs, and system troubleshooting
- Overhaul and rebuild diesel engines and related mechanical components
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and ensure efficient equipment performance
- Maintain and repair equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, compactors, forklifts, cranes, and gensets
- Work on major equipment brands including CAT, JCB, Bobcat, and similar heavy machinery
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance reports
