Odoo ERP System Developer/Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• This role may require overseeing a small team of IT support staff or junior developers.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship and training to team members.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo development.
• Experience with database management, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix platform.
• Deep understanding in the different modules and how any change might affect the data in other modules (sales, accounting, manufacturing etc).
• Knowledge working with github.com C odoo.sh.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

•  Develop and maintain the Odoo ERP system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Ensure a seamless integration of business processes into the Odoo ERP system.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, enhancing system usability and effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and implement Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Customize and configure the Odoo ERP system for optimal performance.
• Analyze business processes and work closely with stakeholders to integrate these processes into the ERP system.
• Perform system updates, upgrades, and patches to ensure the security and efficiency of the ERP system.
• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to prevent issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain customized reports.
• Document all system modifications and configurations.
• Integrating other systems such as warehousing automation system and barcoding, SCADA system, online store to be linked to Odoo ERP system.
