Qualifications:

• Hotel Setting experience is advantage
• A minimum 2 years experience and a high school/GED.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed. Administering check-ins and check-outs.
• Providing front desk services to guests.
• Undertaking front desk service duties.
• Administering check-in and check-outs.
• Assigning rooms and issuing keys.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
