MEP QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- With International/Abroad Experience and At least 6 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
- Proficiency in understanding electrical drawings and using AutoCAD
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and quality of work
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly Valuation/Interim Payment Certificates for Sub-contractors
- Preparation of project budget, forecast, and cash flow
- Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
- Daily Progress Reports and milestone tracking
- Joint physical site measurement and quantity reconciliation with the client representative
- Preparation of Material Take-off (MTO) for project planning and budgeting
- Verification of change order requests and documentation
- Preparation of payment certificates for Sub-contractors
- Cost estimates and commercial tender preparation
- Claims verification and documentation
- Daily permit to work tracking and documentation
- Weekly materials report and control
- Communication of discrepancies in quantities with Project Control Lead
- Packaging of contract and other important documents during pre-contract stages
