Facilities Supervisor – ELV

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• As the ELV Supervisor at Sindalah, you will oversee the maintenance and operation of all extra-low voltage systems, including BMS, fire alarm systems, security systems, and other related technologies
• Your role involves managing preventive and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the island’s overall functionality and security.
• You will lead a team of ELV technicians to maintain the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests.
