Building Fabric / Civil Senior Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
• Extensive knowledge of building structures and maintenance practices
• Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• Technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying Sindalah’s commitment to excellence
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• As a Building Fabric / Civil Senior Technician at Sindalah, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all building fabrics and civil infrastructure.
• Your role involves conducting regular inspections, executing high-quality repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• You will mentor junior technicians to maintain the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests.
• Conduct thorough inspections and high-quality repairs of building structures
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks for building fabric systems
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and strategies
• Coordinate with the Building Fabric / Civil Supervisor on major repair projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of service and safety
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
