Senior Mechanical Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, motors, and rotating equipment Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying Sindalah’s commitment to excellence
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory

Responsibilities:

• As an HVAC Senior Technician at Sindalah, you will perform advanced maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal indoor climate control.
• Your role involves mentoring junior technicians and maintaining compliance with safety standards to uphold the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests.
• Perform advanced maintenance and optimization of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and other rotating equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs of mechanical equipment
• Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules
• Support the Mechanical Supervisor in coordinating major repairs and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
