Responsibilities:

  • A Cost Engineer contributes to the success of the construction project management process
  • Engineer roles and responsibilities are to provide informed decisions about the budget and timeline of the projects as well as valuable insights that aid in the proper allocation of resources, identifying possible risks, and determining production
  • The duties of a Cost Engineer are to be responsible for managing and providing guidelines on costs and resources for the whole construction operations process
