Store/Retail Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial position in a large multi- department store and supermarket or hypermart

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing and motivating staff for the location including scheduling, disciplining, training and recruitment in coordination with human resources department
• Review and maintain store cleanliness, lay out, merchandising, completion and integrity of price tags
• Maintain customer service standards of point of sale terminals and customer relations and supervision of cash handling including investigation of variances
