Site/Camp Manager

Qualifications:

• Must have an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Hotel Management or Commerce would be advantageous, including Commercial Cookery.
• In depth knowledge and proven experience in remote camp management and full profit and loss accountability.
• At least 5 years senior management experience in medium and/or large scale camp and catering management including quality bulk meal service.
• Highly competent financial reporting and cost management skills.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring of direct reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage communication and relationship with diverse multi-cultural group of clients, employees, and other stakeholders
