Planning / Scheduling Engineer

Qualifications:

• Experience in Primavera P6, Knowledge in Preparation Reporting like Weekly Dashboard Data Input, Weekly & Monthly Report, Look-A-Ahead Schedule
• Experience in Quantity Survey (QS)
• Computer knowledge in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Autocad
• Candidates with Drivers License (an advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
• Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
• Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
• Other task may be assig by his superior.
