ENROLLED NURSE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid Nursing License.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Staff Nurse in a hospital in-patient setting.
• Must not have been unemployed for more than 6 months.
• Minimum height of 155 cm and weight of at least 50 kg.
• Physically fit and able to support elderly patients (including dementia, bed-bound, and wheelchair cases).
• Must be willing to work night shifts, public holidays, and rest days.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Must not have motion sickness.
• Must not have Tuberculosis (TB), cancer, or other serious diseases.
• Must be a non-smoker and non-drinker.
• With good attitude: hardworking, patient, kind, caring, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Care Delivery
  • Assist Staff Nurses in delivering nursing care to residents.
  • Provide quality nursing care in compliance with approved standards.
  • Assist in admission assessment and orientation of new residents.
  • Participate in nursing rounds with Staff Nurses.
  • Ensure residents take prescribed medications.
  • Respond to emergency situations as first responder and support Staff Nurses.
  • Arrange and coordinate residents’ therapy sessions and medical check-ups.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient records.
• Patient Care Support
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as feeding, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Support the transfer and positioning of non-ambulant residents.
  • Monitor and record vital signs regularly.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.
• Supervisory Duties
  • Supervise junior care staff in delivering proper patient care.
  • Ensure residents’ comfort and personal hygiene are maintained.
  • Assist in feeding and dietary support for residents.
• Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Staff Nurse or Nurse Manager.

Requirements:
