Almarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee maintenance workshop activities supporting feedmill operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities, and ensure feedmill equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in workshop supervision, equipment maintenance, feedmill operations, or related industries.
- Experience in modern feed mills, hatcheries, flour mills, or poultry farming and production is required.
- Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
- Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, workshop operations, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
- Lead, assign, and monitor workshop personnel to ensure efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Support maintenance operations for feedmill machinery, equipment, and related systems.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, and corrective actions.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance inventory to ensure availability of required materials.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and equipment performance documentation.
- Utilize the SAP System for maintenance records, inventory tracking, and operational reporting when required.
- Coordinate with feedmill production teams and other departments to support continuous operations.
- Train and guide team members to improve technical skills, productivity, and workplace safety awareness.
