International Marketing Jan Kula W Spadku is offering an overseas employment opportunity for qualified Filipino workers interested in working as Welder (MAG/SMAW) in Poland. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant welding experience, particularly in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and possess a valid NC II certificate for GMAW.
WELDER (MAG/SMAW)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants, aged 25–40 years old.
- At least 3 years of relevant welding experience, particularly in GMAW.
- Must possess a valid NC II certificate in GMAW.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Knowledge of MAG/SMAW welding processes and safe welding practices.
- Ability to interpret welding instructions and perform welding tasks according to technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations using MAG, SMAW, and relevant GMAW techniques according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions.
- Prepare metal components and surfaces before welding, including cleaning, cutting, positioning, and fitting materials.
- Select appropriate welding equipment, electrodes, wire, and settings for each task.
- Inspect completed welds for defects and ensure compliance with required quality standards.
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools and machinery in good working condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify welding defects and perform necessary corrections or repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
