R.S. Roque Architects and Construction Services is seeking a skilled Arc Welder to join their fabrication and structural works team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, structural welding, and the ability to follow technical drawings and safety standards.

WELDER (ARC WELDER) (Fabrication & Structural Works)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Arc Welder in fabrication and structural works.
• Ability to read and interpret basic welding drawings.
• Skilled in cutting, fitting, and assembling metal components.
• Strong attention to quality, detail, and safety.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate window grills, railings, gates, and various metal frames.
• Perform arc welding for construction and structural works.
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and follow welding drawings and technical instructions.
• Inspect welded joints for quality, durability, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain and care for welding tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
