Committee Australia is seeking skilled and experienced Welders and Fabricators to join their team in Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures while ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Welder and Fabricator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Welder and Fabricator.
• Skilled in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick Welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards, quality procedures, and industry practices.
• Physically fit and capable of working in workshop or construction site environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications.
• Carry out structural steel fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, and assembly activities.
• Prepare materials, set up welding equipment, and complete fabrication work according to project requirements.
• Inspect completed welds and fabricated components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow welding procedures, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Work effectively in workshop and site environments while meeting production targets.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
• 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
