WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing large inventories and warehouse teams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, audits, and reconciliation.
• Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate workforce activities.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to support business operations.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory reports, and performance analyses.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer service.
