WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- 30 years old and below.
- Physically fit and capable of working abroad.
- Must have relevant work experience, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
- Willing to undergo Japanese language training.
- Must be willing to pass the Japanese language N4 level requirement.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn Japanese language, culture, and workplace practices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with seating and provide menus when needed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Respond to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance.
- Explain menu items and answer basic customer questions.
- Ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables.
- Prepare and set tables before customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist with cleaning and restocking restaurant supplies.
- Process or assist with customer bills and payments when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
- Perform other restaurant duties assigned by management.
