WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management; Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Minimum height of 157 cm; additional height is an advantage.
• Must be physically fit, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Polite, friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service skills.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and standard food and beverage service procedures is an advantage.
• Tattoos are acceptable provided they are not visible while wearing the required uniform.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus to guests and provide accurate information about food portions, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Prepare and arrange tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and other necessary service items.
• Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and available menu items.
• Recommend food and beverage selections based on guests’ preferences.
• Apply appropriate upselling techniques to promote additional food and beverage products.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, order slips, or other approved methods.
• Communicate order details, special requests, and modifications clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to service standards.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout the dining experience and provide attentive customer service.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and proper table presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards at all times.
• Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned.
