Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Waiter.
- Knowledgeable in food and beverage service standards and dining procedures.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and courteously.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate customer orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to company standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain table settings before, during, and after service.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Process bills and assist with payment transactions when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining a pleasant and welcoming dining atmosphere.
