WAITER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of working experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a related food and beverage service role.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.
- Ability to deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of dining etiquette and restaurant service procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables when necessary.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant service standards.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Refill beverages and provide additional requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare and arrange dining tables before and after service.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, utensils, and service stations.
- Process bills and assist guests with payment transactions when required.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure efficient service operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous behavior at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
