WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of working experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a related food and beverage service role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in greeting customers, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.
• Ability to deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and restaurant service procedures is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Must possess a passport with at least two and a half (2.5) years validity remaining.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables when necessary.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations to customers.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant service standards.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Refill beverages and provide additional requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare and arrange dining tables before and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, utensils, and service stations.
• Process bills and assist guests with payment transactions when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure efficient service operations.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous behavior at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
