WAITER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Must have previous experience working in a restaurant, fast-food establishment, or similar food service environment.
• Experience in customer service, food and beverage preparation, and cash register operation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring orders are accurate and properly presented.
• Prepare and arrange utensils, drinking glasses, and other dining supplies before and during service.
• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process customer payments and transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, service, and beverage preparation areas.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
