WAITER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
• Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Minimum height requirement of 164 cm for female applicants and 170 cm for male applicants.
• Must be physically fit, well-groomed, and presentable.
• Polite, friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Tattoos are acceptable provided they are not visible while wearing the required uniform.

Responsibilities:

• Present menus to guests and provide detailed information regarding portions, ingredients, food preparation, and allergens.
• Prepare and arrange dining tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and other required service items.
• Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and available menu options.
• Provide appropriate menu recommendations based on guests’ preferences and requests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests clearly to the kitchen and service team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally according to established service standards.
• Monitor guests’ needs throughout their dining experience and provide attentive customer service.
• Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and proper dining area presentation.
• Handle guest requests and concerns politely and professionally.
• Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Perform other food and beverage service duties as assigned.
