TUBE FIELD FOREMAN (PRODUCTION)
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- 45 years old and below
- Must have experience in the steel pipe manufacturing industry
- Strong background in production field supervision / tube manufacturing operations
- Knowledge in handling production workflow, manpower supervision, and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment - Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Physically fit for field-based industrial work
Responsibilities:
- Supervise tube production field operations and workforce activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance and production teams
- Enforce safety rules and company procedures in the production area
- Assign daily tasks and monitor worker performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues and report production concerns
- Maintain proper production records and reports
