Changwon Corporation Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced TIG Welder with WQT to perform high-quality welding works for electrical construction projects in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for TIG welding operations, ensuring accurate fabrication, strong weld quality, and compliance with approved welding procedures, project specifications, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate has extensive TIG welding experience, valid welding qualifications, and a background in Electrical Construction projects.
TIG WELDER (With WQT)
Qualifications:
- Must have a VALID TRC.
- Must have WQT (Welder Qualification Test) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as a TIG Welder.
- Proven experience in Electrical Construction projects.
- Skilled in TIG welding techniques and industrial welding applications.
- Ability to read and understand welding drawings, symbols, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Experience working in industrial construction environments is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding works on metal components, piping, structures, and equipment according to project requirements.
- Execute welding activities in accordance with approved welding procedures and quality standards.
- Prepare materials before welding, including cleaning, fitting, alignment, and joint preparation.
- Read and interpret welding drawings, symbols, and technical specifications.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform corrective welding and repairs when necessary.
- Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper welding parameters and ensure consistent weld quality.
- Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and other construction personnel to complete assigned tasks.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
