TECHNICAL PRODUCTION CREW / STAGE ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants, 45 years old and below.
  • Experience in stage assembly, equipment setup, lighting systems, and sound systems.
  • Previous experience as an electrician is an advantage.
  • An NC II qualification in electrical work is preferred.
  • Must have a certificate or reference confirming previous experience as a house technician, preferably one that can be recognized in Croatia.
  • Forklift operating experience is an advantage.
  • A Category C driving licence is preferred.
  • Able to work as part of a technical production team.
  • Physically fit to perform stage assembly, equipment handling, and related duties.
  • Willing to follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and dismantle stage structures and event production equipment.
  • Set up and arrange lighting, sound systems, cables, and related technical equipment.
  • Assist with the installation, positioning, and securing of stage components and production equipment.
  • Perform basic electrical and technical setup tasks within the scope of training and qualifications.
  • Check equipment connections and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Follow instructions from production supervisors and technical team leaders.
  • Handle, transport, and store equipment safely.
  • Operate forklifts when authorized and qualified to do so.
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment for events and productions.
  • Maintain an organized work area and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Help ensure equipment is properly installed, secured, and ready for use.

  • Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
