TECHNICAL ARCHITECT (Working Drawings)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong experience in preparing working drawings and construction documents
  • Proficient in:
    • AutoCAD
    • Revit
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings
    • Architectural detailing and documentation standards
  • Ability to produce:
    • Detailed working drawings
    • Tender documentation sets
    • Construction documents
  • Skilled in developing technical details, building sections, and architectural components
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and coordination with site teams
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • No minimum educational attainment required (experience-based qualification accepted)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop complete construction drawings and documentation sets
  • Create, revise, and update detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Produce IFC drawings for construction execution
  • Develop accurate architectural details and building sections
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
  • Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project teams
  • Assist contractors and site teams by providing clear technical guidance
  • Review drawings for errors, inconsistencies, and constructability issues
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
