Bonyan Group is hiring a Design Architect (Studio Manager) responsible for leading the design studio, managing architectural projects, and guiding the creative and technical direction of design outputs. The role involves overseeing project development from concept to construction documentation while ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.

DESIGN ARCHITECT (Studio Manager)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong experience in leading design teams and managing studio operations.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
• Proven ability to handle projects from concept to construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• No minimum educational attainment required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall design direction and manage the architectural studio team.
• Develop and oversee architectural concepts, design strategies, and project execution.
• Create and supervise architectural plans, 3D models, and design documentation using tools such as Revit and SketchUp.
• Manage projects from schematic design through construction documentation stages.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Improve internal workflows, design processes, and maintain technical design libraries.
• Mentor and supervise design staff, assign tasks, and establish performance standards.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
