Almarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead and support feedmill operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise production teams, monitor feed manufacturing processes, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and contribute to achieving operational efficiency and production targets.
Team Manager (Feedmill Department)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in feedmill operations, poultry production, hatchery operations, or related industries.
- Experience in modern feed mills, hatcheries, flour mills, or poultry farming and production is required.
- Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
- Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
- Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of feed production processes, quality control, and operational procedures.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise feedmill teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily production activities.
- Coordinate manpower allocation, work schedules, and task assignments to achieve production goals.
- Monitor feed manufacturing processes, including raw material handling, mixing, processing, storage, and distribution.
- Ensure feed quality, safety, and production standards are consistently maintained.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity and operational performance.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory usage, and operational activities.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and management using the SAP System when required.
- Coordinate with poultry farms, logistics, warehouse, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted feed supply.
- Implement company policies, safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
