Almarai Company (Poultry Farming Division) is seeking an experienced Team Leader I (Stockman) to support poultry farming and hatchery operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise daily livestock activities, ensure proper animal care and management, maintain production standards, and lead team members in achieving operational goals while following strict biosecurity and animal welfare practices.

Team Leader I (Stockman)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in poultry farming, livestock management, breeder farm operations, hatchery production, or related fields.
• Experience in modern hatcheries, poultry farming and production, feed mills, or flour mills is required.
• Experience in port operations is an advantage for Rabigh Port assignments.
• Background in laying, broiler, or breeder operations is preferred, depending on the assigned role.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP System and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of poultry husbandry, biosecurity protocols, and animal welfare practices.
• Good leadership, communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to supervise teams and work effectively in a fast-paced agricultural production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of stockmen and poultry farm personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor poultry health, feeding, watering, and overall flock conditions to maintain productivity and animal welfare.
• Perform routine inspections of poultry houses and identify any health, environmental, or operational concerns.
• Ensure proper implementation of biosecurity procedures, sanitation standards, and farm safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, production activities, and inventory usage.
• Support breeder, broiler, or laying operations depending on assigned department requirements.
• Train and guide team members to follow company procedures and maintain high operational standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, veterinarians, and other departments to address production issues.
• Assist in monitoring supplies, equipment, and inventory control, including the use of SAP System when required.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
