SWEET MAKER

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Experience in sweet making, dessert preparation, bakery, pastry, food production, or a related food-service environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, sanitation, hygiene, and proper food handling procedures.
• With a pleasing personality and professional approach when dealing with guests and coworkers.
• Able to communicate politely and provide courteous customer service.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods while performing kitchen and service duties.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food-service environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Good teamwork, communication, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in producing sweets, desserts, and other assigned food products according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, cook, decorate, and finish sweet and dessert products as required.
• Ensure proper consistency, taste, appearance, portioning, and presentation of prepared sweets.
• Prepare ingredients, tools, equipment, and workstations before production and service.
• Follow recipes, preparation procedures, cooking times, and food safety requirements accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of preparation areas, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Properly store and label ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Monitor ingredient supplies and inform supervisors of shortages or damaged materials.
• Minimize food waste through proper measuring, preparation, portioning, and storage.
• Ensure guests are comfortably seated and provide water or initial service when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas during service, including clearing used plates and refilling drinks.
• Assist guests politely and professionally with basic service requests.
• Present bills to customers and assist with payment procedures when required.
• Address guest concerns or complaints courteously and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Coordinate with other kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Follow company policies, food safety procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety rules.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate good customer-service practices.
• Perform other sweet-making, food preparation, and service duties assigned by management.

• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
