GPPC Inc. is currently hiring Surveyors for deployment to Federated States of Micronesia. This opportunity is ideal for licensed surveying professionals with extensive experience in road construction, horizontal infrastructure projects, and land surveying operations.

SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Must be a Professional License Holder (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Examination)
• Experience in land surveying, topographic surveying, and construction surveying
• Familiar with horizontal projects and road construction projects
• Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, RTK, Auto Level, and related equipment
• Knowledgeable in survey computations, mapping, and engineering drawings
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to prepare accurate survey reports and documentation
• Capable of working in field environments and construction sites

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for infrastructure and development projects.
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, coordinates, and site dimensions using appropriate surveying instruments.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, grid lines, and reference markers for construction activities.
• Perform survey calculations and verify the accuracy of collected field data.
• Assist engineers and project managers in interpreting survey information for project implementation.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, maps, and technical documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor project layouts and verify that construction activities follow approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain field notes, survey records, digital data files, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
