Job Location: Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
Global English School is seeking qualified and dedicated Subject Teachers (English / Math / Science) for deployment to Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education, maintaining an engaging classroom environment, and supporting students’ academic growth and development.
SUBJECT TEACHER (ENGLISH/MATH/ SCIENCE)
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) holder.
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, preferably with specialization in English, Mathematics, Science, or related major subject.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a subject teacher.
- Must be a Major Subject Teacher in English, Math, or Science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to supervise classes effectively and maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and student assessments.
- Passionate about teaching and student development.
- Proficient in using educational technology and teaching aids.
Responsibilities:
- Teach assigned subject areas including English, Mathematics, or Science according to curriculum standards.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, classroom activities, and instructional materials.
- Supervise students to ensure a safe, productive, and positive learning environment.
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance and academic progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students as needed.
- Prepare examinations, assignments, quizzes, and grading reports.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration regarding academic performance and classroom activities.
- Participate in school meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Follow school policies, educational standards, and classroom management procedures at all times.
