Al Waha Company Printing Factory is seeking qualified and experienced Stretch & Sink Machine Operators to operate and monitor PET (polyethylene terephthalate) processing machinery used in manufacturing operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling machines independently, monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, and following workplace safety procedures.

STRETCH & SINK MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Previous experience operating stretch and sink machines used for PET processing is required.
• Ability to operate and handle machinery independently without supervision.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, production processes, and manufacturing safety procedures.
• Ability to monitor machine performance and identify operational issues.
• Must be physically capable of standing for extended periods while performing machine operation duties.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor stretch and sink machines used in PET manufacturing processes.
• Set up and adjust machine controls according to production requirements and operating procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure consistent product quality.
• Identify operational problems, irregularities, and machine malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action within the scope of the role.
• Handle machine operations independently without constant supervision.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and basic cleaning to maintain efficient operation.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and established operating procedures.
• Maintain proper handling of PET materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Observe workplace safety rules and report equipment problems or potential hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Coordinate with production personnel to support daily manufacturing targets.
