SPRING MAKER/WIRE FORMER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Spring Maker, Wire Former, or similar manufacturing role.
- Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or related fields.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of wire forming principles.
- Experience in setting up and operating spring coiling machines is required.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good English communication skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Holder of a valid Philippine Driver’s License (Restriction 1 & 2).
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and/or mechanical coiling machines to produce high-quality compression springs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications accurately.
- Perform wire forming and spring manufacturing processes according to required dimensions and tolerances.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to achieve precise spring configurations and quality output.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor mechanical adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of machines, tools, and work areas.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets.
