Attar United is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Spare Parts Controller to manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, coordinate spare parts orders, and ensure accurate tracking of parts and materials. The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP or inventory management systems, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of stock control and inventory accuracy.

SPARE PARTS CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Work experience in ERP or inventory management systems, spare parts management, inventory control, parts operations, or after-sales operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, stock control, ordering procedures, and parts traceability.
• Ability to maintain organized inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Experience in luxury watches, jewelry, automotive after-sales, or another high-value technical environment is preferred.
• Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and related materials.
• Use ERP or inventory management systems to record stock movements, receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Track stock levels and identify items requiring replenishment to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Process and monitor spare parts requests, purchase orders, deliveries, and stock transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation for spare parts transactions and ensure proper parts traceability.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock summaries, and other Excel-based reports for management.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Organize spare parts storage areas to support efficient identification, retrieval, and stock handling.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, service, and after-sales teams to ensure parts availability.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and handling high-value items.
• Support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, reporting, and parts management processes.
