Site Supervisor (Aluminum & Glazing Works)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil, Mechanical, or Aluminum Fabrication.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in aluminum, glazing, and façade site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass installation, sealants, and accessories.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Driver’s License (Important)
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aluminum, glazing, and façade installation activities on site.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily with project engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower productivity and allocate tasks accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Verify material deliveries, storage, and proper usage on site.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with engineers.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material requirements and urgent deliveries.
• Control site wastage and minimize rework.
• Ensure proper handover and snag rectification before final completion
