Job Vacancy: SINGLE-TWIST MACHINE OPERATION (Single Twist 1600)

Job Location: Saudi Arabia
Jawdah Cables Factory is seeking an experienced Single-Twist Machine Operator to operate the Single Twist 1600 machine used in wire and cable manufacturing. The successful applicant will be responsible for machine setup, material loading, parameter adjustments, production monitoring, and quality inspection to ensure that twisted conductors and cables meet production specifications.
SINGLE-TWIST MACHINE OPERATION (Single Twist 1600)
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
- Education: At least a High School Graduate.
- Gender Preference: Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience operating single-twist machines or similar wire and cable manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of wire twisting, cable production, machine settings, and material handling.
- Ability to monitor product quality and identify production defects.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Ability to perform basic machine adjustments and report mechanical or operational problems.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and comply with workplace safety requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate the Single Twist 1600 machine according to production specifications and work instructions.
- Load, position, and secure wires, cables, conductors, reels, and other required production materials.
- Adjust machine settings, including operating speed, tension, twisting pitch, alignment, and other relevant parameters.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth, consistent, and efficient twisting.
- Inspect finished products to verify correct twisting, dimensions, appearance, and overall quality.
- Replace reels and replenish raw materials as required to maintain production continuity.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating problems.
- Identify and report machine faults, material issues, and defective products to the appropriate supervisor.
- Record production output, material consumption, machine performance, and quality inspection results as required.
- Clean the machine and maintain the production area in good working condition.
- Follow production schedules, machine operating instructions, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with other production personnel to meet output and quality targets.
