Buraimi Berries is seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its retail outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will supervise store staff, maintain product quality, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food retail environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in similar retail or ice cream shops in the Philippines is required.
• Must be a Senior High School graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the shop to ensure efficient and smooth service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve operational goals.
• Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all food products are prepared, displayed, and served according to company quality standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize product waste.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained throughout the shop.
• Prepare daily sales, inventory, and operational reports for management.
• Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Coordinate with management to improve store performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
