DPS Hospitality is looking for experienced and dedicated Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness, provide excellent customer service, and support hotel operations. The successful candidates will ensure guest satisfaction by performing housekeeping duties, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

HOUSEKEEPING

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a hotel, hospitality, or equivalent environment
• No minimum educational attainment required
• Currently working or previously employed as a housekeeper
• Preferably Ex-H2B Housekeepers or a mix of local and overseas experience with supporting documentation
• No previous US Embassy visa denials and no relatives who overstayed in the US
• Physically fit, hardworking, and demonstrates a strong work ethic and good attitude

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and ensure tables are clean and properly set with utensils, napkins, and other necessities
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks throughout assigned property areas
• Assist customers with orders, answer queries, and provide exceptional service
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and facilities are maintained to the company’s cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with supervisors for timely resolution
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
