KSK Company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Pipe Welders to perform advanced piping fabrication and installation works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Senior Pipe Welder
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Pipe Welder in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong expertise in pipe welding processes, joint preparation, welding techniques, and quality control requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, welding symbols, and technical documents.
- Knowledge of international welding standards and safety procedures.
- Experience with welding inspection requirements and NDT processes is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and support team productivity.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality pipe welding works in accordance with approved welding procedures, project specifications, and international quality standards.
- Execute welding activities for complex piping systems, including fabrication, installation, modification, and repair works.
- Perform welding using various processes such as SMAW (Stick Welding), GTAW/TIG, and other applicable welding techniques.
- Review and interpret piping isometric drawings, welding symbols, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Conduct pipe preparation, cutting, beveling, fit-up, alignment, and welding of pipe joints.
- Ensure weld quality through proper techniques, visual inspection, and compliance with required welding standards.
- Assist with welding inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT) requirements, and corrective actions when necessary.
- Guide and support junior welders in proper welding practices, safety procedures, and workmanship standards.
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in safe and efficient working condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and promote safe working practices on site.
