KSK Company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Pipe Fitters to perform advanced piping fabrication and installation works for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.
Senior Pipe Fitter
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Pipe Fitter in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of piping fabrication, installation, fit-up, and mechanical piping systems.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret piping isometric drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of pipe supports, valves, fittings, and installation procedures.
- Familiarity with piping inspection, testing, and quality requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Physically fit and willing to work on project sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Perform complex pipe fitting, fabrication, and installation activities according to project drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.
- Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation.
- Carry out pipe measuring, cutting, beveling, grinding, alignment, fit-up, and assembly works.
- Install and assemble piping systems, valves, fittings, supports, and related mechanical components.
- Perform precision pipe fit-up works in preparation for welding and ensure proper alignment and joint quality.
- Assist in pressure testing, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of piping systems.
- Identify and resolve fitting issues to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Guide and support junior pipe fitters by providing technical assistance and proper work methods.
- Coordinate with welders, supervisors, engineers, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures and promote safe working practices on site.
