Job Vacancy: Senior Operator

Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. is seeking qualified Senior Operators to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring sterile production equipment while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality standards.
Senior Operator
Qualifications:
- Diploma or vocational certification related to manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, industrial, or pharmaceutical fields.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience operating sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and pharmaceutical production processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and support machine maintenance activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sterile manufacturing equipment such as filling machines, autoclaves, tunnels, vessels, freeze dryers, and filter integrity systems.
- Perform media fill activities according to established procedures.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during all production activities.
- Conduct machine setup, changeover, and provide troubleshooting support.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Process Operating Instructions (POI).
- Monitor equipment performance and production processes.
- Achieve production targets, OEE, yield, and other operational KPIs.
- Comply with Environmental Management System (EMS) and Performance Management System (PMS) requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards within the production area.
